I’m a single male, young professional in my early 30’s. I have been approached by a job opportunity in Austin. I have always wanted to live in a city such as Tulsa, or Wichita being from Oklahoma….Maybe even Oklahoma City. Can someone that has been to Austin and Tulsa/Wichita tell me about how the towns compare? Austin’s demographics look a lot like Tulsa to me, except it is a major college town. I am also interested in other things about Austin such as cost of living, traffic, activities availible-concerts. Can someone help me out?

Got the costume, got the date, need the event. We’re both over 21, so we’re not looking for little kiddie events. We love haunted houses and the like. Can’t have people over to our house. We don’t swing. He’s not too big on clubs, but I could probably drag him to one. SO does anyone know of any parties for adults in OKC? Going as Jessica Rabbit, so costume contests would be amazing!!! I already know about Haunt the Zoo - we will be attending that. And the Bright Night of Not-so-frightening fun at the Science Museum.

We’ve ruled out Frontier City and haunted houses are totally out (my daughter is easily frightened by loud noises).

So aside from standard trick or treating on Halloween night, anyone got anything good in Oklahoma City, OK or its surrounding cities?
